Description
Blue Zones Herbal Teas were inspired by centenarian’s gardens. All of the herbs we use are native to the Nicoya Peninsula and contain many medicinal attributes.
Lippia Alba and Hibiscus: excellent natural diuretic. Lippia alba has spectorant properties, promotes the expulsion of accumulated bronchial secretions. It also has antimicrobial properties. Hibiscus contains antioxidants that are substances that help prevent free radicals from damaging the cells of the human body. Additionally, it has diuretic effects.
