That’s why we created an amazing coffee alternative to make your mornings (or any time of the day really) healthy, extraordinary and delicious.
For the coffee lovers, caffeine avoiders and health-nuts, Morning Brews are perfect for anyone whose looking to add healthy ingredients to their diets. A coffee substitute, created from Ojoche, or Maya Nut, a seed naturally rich in calcium, potassium, iron and fiber. It also contains an amino acid rarely found in everyday foods: tryptophan.
Tryptophan is connected to the synthesis of serotonin, which in itself is linked to deep sleep, arterial pressure relief, and relaxation, in other words: It helps balance our nervous system. Last but not least, it is naturally caffeine free.
Brew them just as you would any coffee. Our favorite method is the French Press.
